Hello! I'm Debby Finch, a passionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in weight loss management, diabetes care, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). With a deep-rooted commitment to improving the health and well-being of my patients, I bring over 15 years of experience in healthcare to my practice.

My journey into nursing began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Arizona State University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) studies at the University of Phoenix. Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in helping individuals achieve their health goals through personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs.

In my practice, I specialize in guiding patients on their journey to sustainable weight loss, providing evidence-based strategies that encompass nutrition, exercise, and behavioral changes. I am dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their health.

Furthermore, my expertise extends to managing diabetes and other endocrine disorders, focusing on comprehensive care that includes medication management, blood glucose monitoring, and lifestyle modifications. I believe in a holistic approach that addresses not only the physical aspects of diabetes but also the emotional and psychological impact it can have on patients and their families.

Additionally, I offer bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) to individuals experiencing hormonal imbalances. I work closely with patients to understand their symptoms and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring hormonal balance and improving overall quality of life.

I am committed to staying at the forefront of my field through continuing education and professional development. I maintain board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as well as specialty training for diabetes as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) through the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES). I am also a Certified Life Coach with specialized training in Brief Action Planning and certified with Sotto Pelle for BHRT.  I actively participate in seminars and conferences to ensure I provide the highest standard of care to my patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy road cycling, mountain biking, hiking, water sports, camping, skiing, reading and spending time with my family, which helps me maintain a balanced perspective and energy to continue delivering compassionate care.
